All WrightHaven homes are built to HPES, with most communities built to ENERGY STAR certified specifications.
For us, full Net Zero isn’t an upgrade. It’s the standard we believe every home should be built to.
Included in every WrightHaven home: LED lighting, HRV/ERV, tankless water heater, blower-door airtightness, low-flow plumbing, and drain-water heat recovery.
