This Renovation Savings Coupon (the “Coupon”) provides eligible clients with renovation cost savings of up to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00 CAD), subject to the terms and limitations set out herein.
Projects Under $50,000 (Pre-Tax Contract Value)
For renovation contracts with a total pre-tax value of less than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00 CAD), the Coupon provides a discount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total pre-tax contract value, to a maximum savings of $5,000.00.
Projects of $50,000 or Greater (Pre-Tax Contract Value)
For renovation contracts with a total pre-tax value of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00 CAD) or greater, the Coupon provides a maximum fixed discount of $5,000.00 CAD.
Under no circumstances shall the total discount exceed $5,000.00 CAD.
The Coupon is valid only for residential renovation projects contracted directly with Wrighthaven Homes Limited (the “Company”).
The Coupon applies only to projects with a fully executed written renovation agreement.
The Coupon is valid for new contracts only and may not be applied retroactively to previously executed agreements.
The Coupon is limited to one (1) per household or project address.
The Coupon has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refund.
The Coupon does not apply to:
The discount applies only to the base contract price prior to HST.
The discount shall be applied as a line-item credit on the final executed contract.
If the final pre-tax contract value decreases after signing, the discount shall be recalculated in accordance with Section 2.
If the contract is terminated, cancelled, or materially altered prior to commencement, the Coupon becomes void.
The Coupon must be presented prior to contract execution.
The promotion is valid for contracts signed on or before December 31st, 2026 at 11:59pm.
The project must commence within 30 days of contract execution unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Company reserves the right to limit the number of projects accepted under this promotion.
The Coupon is non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, or combined with other promotional offers, discounts, referral credits, or negotiated pricing incentives unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse application of the Coupon where eligibility requirements are not met.
The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice; however, executed contracts will be honoured under the terms in effect at signing.
This promotion and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
By executing a renovation agreement incorporating this Coupon, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above Terms & Conditions.
