Once your desired community, floor plan layout, and upgrade list has been finalised; our customers will take these documents to your mortgage provider to speak about the terms of your financing. At Wrighthaven we can recommend a preferred mortgage broker associated with all major banking firms. Once approved, you will meet with our sales associate to write the agreement of purchase and sale ( APS ), at this appointment you will receive your closing date, agreement specifications and down payment requirements. Your first instalment will be due at this time in order to submit a complete offer for the builder to review and accept. Once your document is signed back from the builder this can now be sent to your lawyer for processing.
